Discover two new ways to renew funding from your MyPortal account

If you’re a Journey Capital customer, you know about our quick and convenient online financing services. And now, obtaining more funding for your small business has never been easier. We recently launched two all-new ways to get more financing for your business. The first is our Self-Requested Renewals feature, which allows qualifying customers to request additional funding, without having to speak to anyone. 

The second is our Streamline Renewals feature, where we send financing offers directly to your inbox. Whether you want to self-request funding or receive an offer, you’ll be able to review, accept, and complete your financing process – all from your MyPortal account.

MyPortal is your personal online customer account. It’s a secure and convenient way for you to:

  • View balances and transactions on all your business’s active and past Journey Capital financings (see your My Funds tab), and
  • Draw funds from a Business Line of Credit (see your My Funds tab).
  • Review and accept new offers, and complete documentation – completely online.
  • And now, self-request additional financing via our brand new Self-Requested Renewals feature.

If you don’t have access to your MyPortal account, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Service Team at customer.service@journeycapital.ca and request a link. You’ll receive a link to activate your account from noreply@journeycapital.ca (note: the link will be valid for only 72 hours).  
  2. Click on the link to access your MyPortal account.
  3. Sign in with your credentials.

You’re now ready to enjoy everything MyPortal has to offer, including Streamline and Self-Requested Renewals (see below for instructions).

Here’s how to access the Self-Requested Renewals feature:

  1. Go to your MyPortal account.
  2. Click on the My Requests tab to access Self-Requested Renewals and request a renewal.
  3. Answer six basic questions and link your bank accounts.
  4. Receive offer details through email or phone from your account manager.
  5. Complete the process through MyPortal in the My Offers tab.
  6. Receive your funds.

It’s that easy. For Streamline Renewals, simply check your My Offers tab in MyPortal to see if there are any funding offers available.
