We know there is a lot of uncertainty around COVID-19 and the potential impacts it may have on small businesses across the country. Given escalating concerns related to the spread of the novel coronavirus, we felt it was important to communicate the actions Journey Capital is taking to protect the health of our employees while supporting the financial well-being of our small business clients during this uncertain time.
Journey Capital is open for business and we are prepared.
The safety and wellbeing of our employees is paramount. In the wake of growing concerns around COVID-19, we’ve mobilized and put a number of safety measures in place. We created a Pandemic Response Team to closely monitor the situation and help maintain agility as things inevitably continue to evolve.
Across the business, currently in effect:
- Employees that have traveled to areas impacted by the COVID-19 are required to work remotely for a period of 14 days.
- All business travel and corporate social events have been suspended.
- All employees are prepared and equipped to work remotely in order to maintain regular support and service levels.
The above actions allow us to safeguard the wellbeing of our people while ensuring our ability to offer the same level of service and support we are known for, without any disruption.
Journey Capital stands ready to see Canadian SMBs through this period of instability.
As the situation continues to unfold, we’re prepared to support our Canadian small businesses through this challenging time. To our customers, we stand ready to see you through any potential instability this may cause.
