Day 4: National Small Business Week – Ameripro Healthcare Group Tells Us Why They Love It

For today’s post, we spoke with James A. Rea, CFO of Ameripro Healthcare Group based in Spring, TX. The Ameripro Healthcare Group’s Team dedication to providing safe, cost effective care for the elderly really stood out to us.

1. What is your business, and how did you get started?

Ameripro Healthcare Group LLC is a certified and accredited Home Health Agency. Ameripro was founded by owners that were primary caregivers for their own parents and/or spouses and saw the need for more Home Health Agencies that put the patient’s care first and foremost.

2. What do you love most about being a small business owner?

Providing a workplace where employees are happy and providing the resources that they need to succeed. Seeing people succeed is the most rewarding aspect of owning a small business.

3. How is your business helping your local community?

We are caring for the elderly in their homes with skilled nursing and therapy services. Also, we provide jobs in our local community. We currently employee 35+ employees and will probably exceed 50 in the next year or so.

4. If you could tell a new customer one thing that makes your business great, what would it be?

We have developed a culture and staffed our organization with caring and compassionate caregivers. We are dedicated to delivering the highest quality and cost-effective health care to our patients in a caring environment.
